the fact that "Iran gained the first place in the world for car crashes" means:
Iran and Iranians not only has reached a failure but became the worst one in the whole world in obeying laws, responsibility as a driver or as a producer, a failure in management, morality, thinking, common sense and behaving as a part of a society, mental health, value of one's life and others and so many other vital issues!

این که: "ایران در تصادفات رانندگی رتبهء اول را در جهان بدست آورد!" یعنی:
ایران و ایرانی، در قانون مداری، در مسئولیت پذیری هم به عنوان راننده و هم به عنوان سازنده و تولید کننده، در مدیریت، در اخلاق، در گذشت، در تفکر کردن، در شعور، فهم و درک و رفتار انسانی به عنوان جزئی از اجتماع، در سلامت روانی، در ارزش جان و مال خود و دیگران و خیلی از مسائل اساسی دیگر نه تنها به ورشکستگی رسیده بلکه به ورشکسته ترین کشور دنیا تبدیل شده است!
